In the event that parts of a graphic/table/page would be defective (e.g. blank, white), you will be provided with a corrected version of the page/graphic/table. However, in the event that the issue is “display” related (i.e. you do not have an up-to-date version of the software needed to display the file format [including, but not limited to, PDF extension files] or if you do not have the necessary language packages/plug-ins to display Chinese and other Asian characters), your demand for replacement will not be considered.
Services or products purchased through either a letter of engagement or a contract laying out specific terms for both parties are subjected to these terms.

When you request that your name be removed from our databases, it may not be possible to completely delete all your personal information due to technical and legal constraints. However, you will not continue to receive email from the Cercius Group once you request removal of your name.
